These past few months have been difficult for our community and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. Although we have new changes to adapt to, one thing has remained the same: our dedication to your safety.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued, and to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.
You may notice some changes when it is time for your next appointment.
We made these changes to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. For example:
- Our office will communicate with you prior to your appointment to ask screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
- We have hand sanitizers in different areas throughout the office for you to use as needed. We installed Extra Oral Suction, Negative Pressure Suction, UV Light, and Air Purifier to our Air Conditioning units.
- Our waiting room has been redesigned to prevent overcrowding.
- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. This might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
- We kindly ask you to wear a face mask when entering our office.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have. To schedule an appointment, please call our office at
407-846-3662.
We hope we can all overcome this together. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and we value your trust and loyalty.
Sincerely,
Dr. Zaman and team
